SUMMARY:The

Broadway Avenue and Chester Avenue bounded by 11and 13 Streets. No street improvements
have been made in area proposed for vacation.The petitioner owns two adjacent parcels and
intends to develop the parcels. The vacation will facilitate this development. No City utilities are
present. The City Council is requested to establish a hearing date of June 7th, 2023, to consider the
proposed vacation.
