SUMMARY:The Human Resources Department was asked by the Municipal Court to conduct a
salary survey for the position of Service Support Specialist (formerly Probation Officer).Results
indicate the followingchanges:
Service Support Specialist upgrade from Grade 12 to Grade 15.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount): There will be minimal fiscal impact to the courts
budget, as we have not filled the position the support services position since Feb and the
Therapeutic position is funded through the State (AOC) and county grant funds. In addition, we did
th
receive the funding of the 1/10from the county which provides funding for 1.5 staff.
