SUMMARY:
The approved 2022 Budget included the replacement of anAsphalt Paver as described in the
attached summary. This vehicle will be purchased using the Sourcewell Contract.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount): $214,825.23 (Includes Sales Tax).
This is included in the Vehicle Purchase List in the 2022 Budget, in the amount of $185,000.00. The
remaining purchase amount will be funded by the ERR Fund 510.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the purchase of a LeeBoy 8500-E Asphalt Paver in the amount of $214,825.23;and
authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the purchasewith substantially the same terms and
conditions as presented.
