DCD/Comprehensive Planning Consultant Support
Exhibit A: SCOPE OF SERVICES
Cross Sound Consulting will provide services to the City of Bremerton Community Development
Department at the direction of its director or designee. Anticipated services include both
consulting for current land use permitting department functions and assistance with the 2024
Comprehensive Plan update. Specific services include:
1. Technical and consulting assistance of land use applications, such as Master Plans, Design
Review, Preliminary Subdivision, Conditional Use Permit, Shoreline Review, Critical Area
Review, and SEPA documents.
2. Technical and consulting assistance supporting the City in its GMA 2024 Periodic
Comprehensive Plan update requirements. Services include assisting staff in the creation
of and implementation of a comprehensive plan update, including elements such as
workplan development, public participation efforts, land use scenarios, document
drafting, and other tasks determined appropriate by the City that is in support of the
comprehensive plan update process.
Exhibit B: WORK SCHEDULE
The anticipated work schedule of this contract through to December 31, 2022. The specific
timeframes of services and deliverables are established and managed by the director with the
requested service or task.
Exhibit C: FEE SCHEDULE
Principal is charged at $125/hour for hours worked on tasks assigned by the director. This
contract is a not to exceed $20,000 unless amended.
