CONSULTANT FEES AND REIMBURSEMENT SUBSTANTIATION
Fees
The contract provides $100,000 to be dispersed as follows:
Administrative Fee:
The Consultant will invoice monthly an administrative fee of 10% on each rental assistance
disbursement up to a maximum of $10,000 in the contract year.
Rental Assistance:
The City will provide reimbursement to the Consultant up to $90,000 for rental assistance
pursuant to the Program Information and Restrictions in Exhibit A
Reimbursement Substantiation
The Consultant shall submit invoices to the City on a monthly basis. The invoices shall be
accompanied by appropriate reports and documentation to support the reimbursement and to
ensure that the funds were expended and dispersed to the appropriate recipients.
