SUMMARY:
The Anderson Creek Dam RemovalsProject will remove two earthen and concrete dams on both forks
of Anderson Creek.

The project will be funded by this Public Works Trust Fund loan which will be managed and distributed
by the State Department of Commerce.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount): The project will be funded by a Public Works Trust
Fund Loan in the amount of $2,000,000.00. The loan term is 20 years with an interest rate of 1.39%
and will be repaid with water utility funds.
