SUMMARY:
The City has received a petition from King Homes, LLC to vacate a 5footAlley between Broadway
thth
Avenue and Chester Avenue bounded by 11and 13Streets. No street improvements have been
made in area proposed for vacation.The petitioner owns two adjacent parcels and intends to
develop the parcels. The vacation will facilitate this development. No City utilities are present. The
City Council is requested to establish a hearing date of June 7, 2023, to consider the proposed
vacation.
