SUMMARY:
In 2019,the City extendedthe Impark Agreement throughDecember 31, 2022. The agreement is
currently operating with a short-term extensioneffectivethrough June 30, 2023.Nowthe City would
like to extend the agreement for Parking Enforcement and Management Services for two years and
six monthswith administrative updatesto the Contract. This agreement also recognizes the purchase
of a parking enforcement vehicle and that it will provide an update to theregular enforcement ofthe
downtown core.Changes to cost of service remains withinthe 2023 budget.

Move to approve Amendment 7 ofthe Professional Services AgreementforParking Enforcement and

the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
