SUMMARY:The project will rehabilitate approximately 8,000linearfeet of sanitary sewer and
approximately 3,500 linear feet of storm sewer using the cure-in-place-pipe (CIPP) method including
cleaning and video inspection in support of future lining projects. The pipes range in size from 8-inch
to 24-inch diameter.
Twobids were submitted, which were opened on March 29, 2023. The lowest responsive,
responsible bid wasInsituform Technologies, Inc. who submitted a bid in the amount of
$1,376,536.42, including sales tax.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount): The budget amount in the 2023Wastewater
Capital Budget and Stormwater Capital Budget for this project is $900,000 and $550,000
respectively.

presented.
