SUMMARY:
The City will be soliciting construction bids in early Spring2023 forthe reconstruction of Washington
th
Avenue and 11Streetfrom Pacific Avenue to the Manette Bridge,including construction of a
roundabout at the west end of the Manette Bridge. This agreement will provide construction
management support and materials testing services during the construction phase of the projectand
is in the amount of $715,438.85.The scope of work includes a full-timeinspector, full-time resident
engineer, part-time documentation specialist and administrative support.

This project is in the Transportation Capital Fund; no budget adjustment is required.
