Description: Execute Contract Agreement with Pape & Sons Construction, Inc. in the amount of
$2,018,002.35 for the Marine Drive Water Main Replacement project. This project will replace
approximately 5,800 linear feet of water main along Marine Drive from 2155 Marine Drive to the
northern limits, and at the intersection of Rocky Point Road and Marine Drive.
Fiscal Impact: This project is included in the 2021 Water Capital Budget.
Action Requested: Review and signature and e-mail back to Noreen Bolo. This contract is being
routed electronically only.
