Executive Correspondence Routing Memo

Date: October 11, 2021
Description: Execute Change Order No. 1 with Pape & Sons Construction, Inc. for the Marine
Drive Water Main Replacement project. Per agreement, all project HMA paving shall be
completed by October 15, 2021. The date is changed to October 28, 2021, which is the same
date as Substantial Completion. Overall contract time is not increased.
Fiscal Impact: This project is included in the 2021 Wastewater Capital Budget.
Action Requested: Review and signature and e-mail back to Noreen Bolo. This contract is being
routed electronically only.
