X WCD #7 – Complete surface restoration at three intersections and reinstall survey monument. This also adds additional calendar days to allow the contractor to complete the work during dry weather. The completion of this work was delayed due to winter weather.

Description: The City repaired pipe at 3 locations in order to perform cure-in-place pipe lining at these
locations. Currently these locations are covered with cold mix asphalt. These will be replaced with 8" thick
HMA as approved by WSDOT. Additionally, Pape will reset a disturbed survey monument which will be
surveyed and recorded by a licensed surveyor.
