Description: Contract Modification Agreement No. 2 amends the Professional Services Agreement with
Parametrix, Inc. for engineering services associated with the Decommission Beach Sewer in Manette (OF-
4 to EB-2) project. The supplemental scope of work adds detailed design, outreach, environmental
permitting, bidding assistance, services during construction, project management support and electrical
support, as requested by the City.
The original contract amount is $412,208. Contract Modification No. 1 increased the contract amount by
$67,749, resulting in an amended contract amount of $479,957.
This current contract modification agreement increases the contract amount by $182,973 for an
amended contract amount of $662,930.
Fiscal Impact:
The project is included in the 2023 Wastewater CIP and is funded by an Ecology Clean Water State Revolving Fund
Loan in the amount of $2,300,000.
Action Requested: Review and signature, return to Noreen Bolo. This amendment requires approval by
City Council and will be scheduled for Council Study Session on March 8.
