Thecontractis amended toinclude thefollowing additionalscope ofwork: 90 percentdesign review,designandpermitting forimprovements below thehigh tideline, cultural resources permitting andsupport,electrical design toincludeinstrumentation andcontrolsheets,and additional project managementdue toincreased scope. Theoriginalcontract amount was$412,208. Thecurrent contract amount, which wasincreased byContract Modification No. 1, is$479,957. This currentcontract modification agreement increases thecontract amount by $182,973for anamended contract amountof $662,930.
