SUMMARY:
In 2021 the Wynn Group, d/b/aWilwyn properties, LLCentered into a short-term agreement with the
City for lease ofthe parcel adjacent their leased building at 1921 Wheaton Way. WilwynProperties
would like to extend their lease through 2032. The proposed lease modification would support the
use of commercial parking andadjacentbuilding use. Wilwyn properties, LLChas also submitted a
site plan update and plan building renovationswhich are both under review by the City.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount): $2,774.40annually in lease revenue to the Water
Administrationand subject to annual CPI increase.
