SUMMARY:
The action before Council is adoption of theKitsap County City of Bremerton
HOME ConsortiumHOME-ARPAllocation Plan.The Kitsap County-City of Bremerton HOME
Consortium has received $2,653,349 of HOME-American Rescue Plan funds from the US Dept. of
Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to address the need for housing and supportive services for
families who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or in other vulnerable populations. The City of
Bremerton will receive $822,538 of the total allocation.The allocation plan details the populations to
be served, eligible activities, consultations with housing and service providers, needs assessment,
and how funds will be distributed.

Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as
presented.
