SUMMARY:The approved 2023 Budget includes the replacement of a Backhoe and Street
Sweeper. The approved 2022 Budget includes the replacement of a Contour Mower as described in
the attached summaries. These vehicles will be purchased using the Source Well Contract.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount): $713,450.94
Both the backhoe and sweeper were included in the Vehicle Purchase list in the 2023 budget, in the
amount of $500,500.00. The mower was included in the Vehicle Purchase list in the 2022 Budget in
the amount of $81,753.00. The remaining purchase amount will be funded by the ERR Fund 510.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the purchase of a John Deere 320P backhoe,an Elgin Crosswind M-2 street
sweeperand a Toro 4500 Mowerin the amount of $713,450.94;andauthorize the Mayor to finalize
and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
