As a result of this modification, the aforementioned rates shall be in effect for the period of 01 January 2023 to 31
December 2023.
2. This modification includes an administrative change to incorporate a Contract Completion Date (CCD)
adjustment to 31 January 2033. Although the subject utility services contract was awarded 22 December 1997 for an
indefinite term, the Government’s current electronic contract writing systems necessitate the designation of a CCD
for reporting and record keeping purposes, which periodically require administrative modifications for subsequent

CCD extensions. The current CCD established by prior modifications is no longer valid; therefore, an adjustment to
the CCD is required. This CCD adjustment is an administrative change only which does not require negotiation, as
the indefinite term of the subject base contract will remain unchanged.
3. Acceptance of this modification by the Utility Provider constitutes an accord and satisfaction and represents
payment in full for both time and money and for any and all costs, impact effect, and for delays and disruptions
arising out of, or incidental to, the work as herein revised.
4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged as a result of this modification.
