SUMMARY:
Amending the Bremerton Municipal Code will allow employees moving from a represented
classification to a management/professional classification to receive the same benefits and salary
increases that are received by the bargaining unit positions. This will prevent compression between
administrative staff positions and bargaining unit positions.
