SUMMARY:
The Public Works Agreement with Utter Associates has completed negotiation and includes updated
terms. The contract is now drafted with agreement from both sides at the amount of $152,600.00.
The equipment purchase amount remains at $65,356.82. However, expected expenses against the
current award funds prior to June 30th are now at $101,482 and includes a 20% deposit, equipment,
system integration, design, and removal of old equipment. Installation and project close-out are still
currently scheduled for August, but this date could be moved forward dependent on the delivery
schedule.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Public Works Agreement with Utter Associates, Inc. in the amount of $152,600;
and approve a Budget Adjustment to the Trial Court Improvement Fund in the amount of $24,600;
and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and
conditions as presented.
