As part of our ongoing commitment to keep you and our customers informed about changes to
Xfinity TV services, we wanted to update you that effective January 24, 2023 Primo will onlybe available in HD IP and will be added to our Popular HD IP/Kids and Family Genre Pack
HD IP.
HD service and IP-capable equipment is required to view the channel. A limited number ofcustomers may still have older devices that do not support these channels and will not be able
to view them until the devices are replaced. HD Technology Fee may apply.
