B. Project Scope / Tasks:
1 Complete Environmental Review.
2 Finalize Project Plans and Source Materials.
3 Coordinate City Crews to perform work (base prep of playground)
4 Procure bids from non-City contractors for Work City Crews are unable to perform (installation of
unitary playground surfacing – artificial turf or poured-in-place)
5 Procure building permit for playground footings
6 Track short and long term successes through the following measurable outcomes for Bremerton:
Inclusive (beyond accessible) playground at Haddon Park

Maintain required records and track relevant data to demonstrate CDBG program successes,
including number of unduplicated clients served, separating the counts between the City and the
County, including race and ethnicity.
8 Submit quarterly reports and billing vouchers in a timely manner
9 Submit photos (JPEG) of the program in action with your final quarterly report
C. Project Milestone Schedule
The time frame for completion of the outlined activities shall be:
