Pursuant to FAR 52.241-8, Change in Rates and Terms and Conditions of Service for Unregulated Services (Feb
1995), this modification incorporates the City of Bremerton Ordinance No. 5172, attached hereto, implementing
new water rates into the contract. The effective date is January 1, 2012. The rate changes impact water, sewer,
fireline, and irrigation accounts associated with CLIN 0001 and stormwater accounts associated with CLIN 0002.
