Executive Correspondence Routing Memo

Description: Professional Services Agreement with Cultural Resources Consultants, LLC, for
archeological background research, tribal contact, field investigation, documentation and to
provide an assessment report with recommendations. This work was deemed necessary prior
to beginning the CDBG-Park Drive ADA Sidewalk Project as there have been prior findings in the
area of Evergreen Park.
Fiscal Impact: This agreement is not to exceed $3,705.00 and will be funded from the CDBG
Park Drive ADA Sidewalks project budget.
