This modification incorporates the City of Bremerton Ordinance No. 4881, effective January 9, 2004, attached hereto, implementing new
water and sewer rates into the contract. The City is not required to sign this modification as the City Council signatures on City Ordinance
4881 will serve that purpose.
Except as provided herein, all tenns and conditions ofthe document referenced in Item 9A or 10A, as heretofore changed, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
