SUMMARY:
The Rocky Point Water District No. 12was dissolved by Kitsap County Ordinance No.
593 (2021) on March 22, 2021
service area.
This Agreement allows Kitsap County to transfer any remaining proceeds received from the former
District ratepayers to the City to defray the cost of planned capital improvements for the former
