SUMMARY:The .5 Rule 9 position in Prosecution was included and adopted into the fiscal year
2022 budget atup to$20.00 per hour. Due to increased workload volume in the prosecution
department, additional clerical support is needed. It is recommended to reclass the vacant Rule 9
position to Clerical Supportas previously budgeted at up to $20.00 per hour.
