SUMMARY:The purpose of this Agreement is for the City of Bremerton and Kitsap County to
provide each other occasional support and back-up prosecution services in their respective municipal
and district courts. There will be no compensation for the services and the term will expire on
December 31, 2027. The Agreementwas discussed and approved by the Public Safety Committee
on November 3, 2022.
