SUMMARY:
This Professional Services Agreement is to provide assistance to the City of Bremerton with
Stormwater Management Planning.Development of the Stormwater ManagementAction Planning is
an annual requirement under the Stormwater NDPES Permit. Work for 2023 generally includes
basin assessments, modelling and planning for both stormwater quality and capacity citywide.
Using the Municipal Services and Research Center (MSRC) roster, five consultants were reviewed,
andParametrix, Inc. was selected. TheScope of Work was negotiated with them in the amount of
$135,000.00 (including sales tax).

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount):
This project is budgeted intheStormwater Operations Fund. The work is supported by anEcology
grant for $210,000.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Professional Services Agreement for Stormwater Management Planning
Assistancewith Parametrix, Inc.,in the amount of $135,000.00, including sales tax; and authorize the
Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as
presented.
