Between the New Life Community Development Agency and The City of Bremerton related to Utility
General Facility Charges for the Marvin Williams Youth & Family Center
WHEREAS, the New Life Community Development Agency has completed the Marvin Williams Youth &
Family Center, and
WHEREAS, this new facility provides significant benefit to Bremerton residents and Utility customers as
well as benefits to the entire Kitsap Peninsula, and
WHEREAS, the New Life Community Development Agency has requested the City provide a mechanism,
as an appendix to the Public Utility Construction Agreement, enabling a payment plan for the balance of
the General Facility Charges; now, therefore,
1. The remaining balance of General Facility Charges is $30,334.53.
2. The New Life Community Development Agency agrees to pay the balance of these General
Facility Charges, plus outstanding interest on the unpaid balance, no later than 24 months after
the date of this agreement.
3. Interest shall be charged at the rate of 1% per month on the outstanding balance.
4. In the event the unpaid balance, plus accrued interest is not paid when due in accordance with
this agreement, the City is authorized to place a lien on the property in the amount of the
unpaid balance.
