Contract with Boyce Drilling for services at Well 9

Boyce Drilling will perform a gyroscopic survey of Well 9, located at 318 Firway
Lane, at an amount not-to-exceed $5,831.36. Management Reserve shall only
be used upon written approval of the City.

$4704.00 Base fee, includes mobilization, mileage and well depth
$127.36 Estimated Sales Tax
$1000.00 Management Reserve

Finally getting back to you with a quote for running a gyro deviation survey on the old Well 9at 318 Firway Lane in Bremerton.
There are three line items in my gyro survey quotation. Item 1 is the mobilization fee. Thiscovers providing the equipment, recording the readings, and then post processing the data, andproviding you with the report. That fee is $2,500. Item 2 is a mileage fee from my location inRoyal City to the subject well. The distance is 220 miles. Item 3 is a footage fee based on thedepth of the well. From the information you have provided me, the well was drilled to a totaldepth of 950 feet, but was completed to a depth of 882 feet.
The quote for performing a gyro survey on your will would be as follows:
Item 1 Mobilization 1 LS @ $2,500.00 $2,500.00Item 2 Mileage 220 Miles @ $2.00 440.00Item 3 Footage 882 feet @ 2.00 1,764.00
Total Cost, not including sale tax $4,704.00
I will not be available from the 20th to the 31st January. I could run the survey any time afterthat.
Will a video inspection be done on the well prior to running the gyro survey?
