workshops were held on October 24,October 25,andOctober 27
proposed budget was presented to Council. Public comments will be taken into consideration before
Council adopts a final ordinance.

Total proposed general fund expenditures, without endingfund balance, is $57,885,542.With ending

wide, without ending fund balance, is $166,709,378. With ending fund balance, total expenditures
city wide is$224,441,230.
