SUMMARY:Ordinance to amend and re-establish the 2023Utility Assessments, Rates, Fees, and
Charges.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount):General facilitieschargeswere adjusted
by change in the Construction Cost Index for all urban consumers, Seattle for the month ending
August 31, 2022at 3.39% while other rates and fees were adjusted by either a 5 year CPI average or
actual costs models. The Utility rates are incorporated in the 2023Proposed Budget.
