SUMMARY:The WWTP has a total of 26 emergency generators at various lift stations across the
City. The generators are critical for lift stations during power outages. This multi-year contract will
ensure the generators are fully serviced annually by factory trained technicians. WWTP staff
received a quote from Cummins, Inc. in the amount of $209,280.87 including applicable sales tax.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the purchase of a three-year Generator Service and Maintenance Contract with
Cummins, Inc. and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the
same terms and conditions as presented.
