Payment Details: Usage will be invoiced monthly.
'I he Bremerton Municipal Court will only be charged on days the facility is
actually used. The Court will notify Marvin Williams Center/T'eena Triplett via
email by Monday of the current week to advise if the facility will be needed the
current week.
The following cancellation policy will be in effect:
• If cancellation is made by 5:00 pm on Tuesday of the current week, no fee
will be assessed.
® If cancellation is made after 5:00 pm 'Tuesday but before � 0:00 am
Wednesday of the current week, $100 cancellation feel will be assessed.
® If cancellation is made after 10:00 am Wednesday of the current week, 70%
of the rental fee will be assessed. ($286.13)
INDEMMFICATION. Each party hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold the other party,
its officers, officials, employees, agents and volunteers harmless from any and all claims, injuries,
damages, losses or suits, including all legal costs and attorney fees, arising out of or in connection
with the performance of this Agreement. The parties' obligation to indemnify one another shall
not extend to that portion of damages caused by the parties' sole negligence.
The provisions of this, section shall survive the expiration or termination of thiiAgreement.
