SUMMARY:The proposed ordinance amends the following Sections of Chapter 2.50 of the
Bremerton Municipal Code
Section 2.50.010-discrimination statement(Amendment was
requested
Section 2.50.032(a) to allow Department Headsto hire employees above Rate 1 with the
approval of the Mayor.
Section 2.50.070(a) to allowfor amedical stipend in lieu of medical coverage atthe same
amount that is made available to represented employees included in the same retirement
system in which they belong.
