SUMMARY:
The Cityhas requested bids for the upgrade of the Waste Water Treatment Plant Admin building
HVAC systems. Five (5) contractors were invited to bid. Only one contractor responded. The City
requests contract approval with Air Management Solutions, LLCin the amount of $107,590.00;
$117,488.28 including sales tax.
ATTACHMENTS:
1)Contract with AMSfor the installation of the upgraded HVAC systems
FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount): This project is included in the Wastewater Capital
budget.
