SUMMARY:In August, the City awarded a construction contract to Sound Pacific Construction LLC,

for the reconstruction of East11Street from Pitt Avenue to Perry Avenue, and on Perry Avenue

from East11Street to East17Street. This agreement will provide construction management
support during the construction phase of the projectand is in the amount of $719,312.22. The scope
of work includes a full-timeinspector, and part time resident engineer, and administrative support.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount): This project is in the Transportation Capital Fund;
no budget adjustment is required.
