2022 Subrecipient Agreement
A. Project Description
Sidewalk Replacement and Infill city wide. Project is to utilize CDBG grant funding to provide localized
pedestrian improvements various locations throughout the City. The sidewalk areas scoped for repair will
replace unpassable sidewalk segments, improve access adjacent to known ADA facilities, and link new
pedestrian pathways.
B. Project Scope / Tasks:
1 Sidewalk replacement and sidewalk Infill at various locations
2 Curb ramp replacement and installation at various locations

The time frame for completion of the outlined activities shall be:
