SUMMARY:The work includes alllabor,materials, equipmentand suppliesnecessary todevelop the
site at318 NW Firway Laneto drill a new well.The former well at the site was taken out of service in
2010.The work includeserosion control,tree removal, building demolition, site grading, gravel pad
construction, wall constructionand other activity to providea stable, flat work areafor the future well
drilling project.
ARequest for Proposalswassent to allContractorslistedon the MRSC Small Works Rosterunder
the categoryEarthwork/Grading.Four (4)cost proposalswerereceived. The proposals were
reviewed on August 1, 2022.Nova Contracting, Inc. submitted the lowest cost proposal in the amount
of $234,234(which includes sales tax).
