Threesupplement agreements havebeen executed: Supplement No. 1wasanocostchangetoremove asurvey subconsultant fromthe designcontract. Supplement No. 2wasintheamount of $130,882.99andaddedadditional design worktoreplacesidewalks onlower Washington Avenue andreplacetwowatermaincrossings on th11Street. SupplementNo. 3wasintheamount of $95,358.28andaddedscope toredesign the mainline alignment andreplaceanexisting walltoaddress neighborhood concerns. Supplement No. 3alsoaddedtimebyextendingthe contract through December 21, 2024. Theproposed Supplement No. 4increases thecontract valueby $167,369.09toanew totalof 923,610.36; theworkincludes landscaping design, ad-bidsupport services and construction engineering supportservices.
