SUMMARY:
In November 2019, the City executed a contract with Skillings, Inc. to design the Washingtonand
th
11Street Roundabout projectfor $530,000.00. Three supplement agreements have been
executed: Supplement No. 1 was a no cost change to remove a survey subconsultant from the
design contract. Supplement No. 2 was in the amount of $130,882.99 and addedadditional design
work to replace sidewalks on lower Washington Avenue and replace two water main crossings on

11Street. SupplementNo. 3 was in the amount of $95,358.28 and addedscope to redesign the
mainline alignment and replace anexisting wallto address neighborhood concerns. Supplement No.
3 also added time by extendingthe contract through December 21, 2024.
The proposed Supplement No. 4 increases the contract value by $167,369.09 to a new total of
$923,610.36; the work includes landscaping design, ad-bid support services and construction
engineering support services.
