SUMMARY:A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) was advertised on March 15, 2022for the
consultant selection for the Haddon Park Renovation Project. Of the twosubmittals received,
Parametrix ranked as the most qualified to perform the engineering services necessary for this
project.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount):
The total project estimate is $1,081,625. Comprised of $500,000 RCO Local Parks Grant,$350,000
RCO Youth Athletic Facilities Grantand $132,000 CDBG grant.The remaining balance of $99,625 will
be from donations, Park Capital Fund Balance and REET.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Professional Services Agreement withParametrix, Inc. in the amount not to
exceed $118,723, authorize an expenditure budget adjustment in the same amount and authorize the
Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as
presented.
