SUMMARY:A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) was advertised on March 15, 2022for the
consultant selection for architectural and engineering services for the Pendergast Regional Park
Field Improvements. Of the threesubmittals received, Bruce Dees & Associatesranked as the
most qualified to perform the design services necessary for this project.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount):
This portion of the projectis funded by a$49,000 Department of Commerce grant.The remaining
balance of $6,824will be from the Park Capital Fund balance.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Bremerton and Bruce
Dees & Associatesin the amount not to exceed $55,824, authorize an expenditure budget
adjustment in the same amount andauthorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with
substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
