SUMMARY:The action before Council is adoption of the 2023Policy Plan. The Policy Plan is a
document which is updated yearly which sets parameters for the management of our HUD
entitlement grant awards and provides specific information about the policies and regulations for the
st
use of HUD CDBG and HOME funds. This plan was released on June 1for public comment, and to
date there have been no comments made.
