SUMMARY:TheCost Reimbursement Agreement will reimburse Washington State Department of
Ecologyfor time spent on technical assistance and review of a draft report of examination for the City
applicationto designate replacement Well 1R as the new point of
withdrawal for the original water right claim for Well 1.

and deliverables.
