SUMMARY:Reservoir 4 is an 11 million gallon in-ground concrete reservoir constructed in 1921.
The bottom liner and cover were replaced in 2017. Thescope of work includes removal of
accumulated sediment from the bottom and side slopes,and inspection of the cover and liner for
seam leaks, tears, punctures and other damage.
The project was bid using theMRSC Small Works Roster. Three (3) bids were receivedandopened
onMay 2, 2022.H2O Solutions,LLC was the lowest responsible, responsive bidder in the amount of
$34,507.20(which includes sales tax).
The bid from Advanced Diving Services was rejected as non-responsive.

conditions as presented.
