SUMMARY:The Stormwater Permit requires the city to develop a Stormwater Management Action
Plan (SMAP) that assesses stormwater impact on receiving water quality using a watershed scale
planning effort. Staff havecompleted foundational work to begin this process and needs assistance
to complete the next phase of this work.The contract cost is $55,196 with approximately $41,471
funded through the Ecology Stormwater Financial Assistance programgrant.
