SUMMARY: Currently Housing Kitsap is the managing agent for the Bremerton Government Center
Owners Association (BGC-OA). Housing Kitsap has given official notice to no longer provide those
services effective February 28, 2021. Per the By-laws, the BGC-OA is required to be managed by an
existing occupant of the building. In discussions with the Board and other members, it was requested
the City of Bremerton assume the function of the managing agent.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Bremerton and the
Bremerton Government Center Owners Association; and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute
the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
